Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We provide quality assurance for all manufactured products. Warranty coverage includes material defects and manufacturing issues, but does not cover human damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Period

Smart electronic products enjoy a 12-month warranty from the date of manufacture. Accessories and daily-use items have a 3-month warranty.

Warranty Process

If you experience quality issues, contact our customer service team with your order number and issue description. After verification, we will arrange repair or replacement.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty: human damage, unauthorized disassembly or repair, damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by force majeure.

After-Sales Support

Paid repair services are available even after the warranty period expires. Our professional technical team can provide product usage guidance and troubleshooting support.

Return & Exchange Policy

For bulk orders with quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 business days of receipt. We will arrange return or exchange after verification.
